Service 1
Load finding and rate negotiation
We spend the hours on load boards and the phone so you can spend them driving.
Included
- Searching load boards and broker contacts for freight that matches your lanes, equipment, and home-time plans.
- Checking each broker's authority and credit information before we offer you their load.
- Negotiating the rate and terms with the broker.
- Sending you each load's details (lane, dates, miles, rate) for your approval. We book only loads you approve.
- Completing broker carrier-setup packets with documents you provide.
- Reviewing each rate confirmation against what was agreed.
Service 2
Invoicing and factoring support
Delivered loads only pay once the paperwork is right. We handle it.
Included
- Preparing the invoice packet: invoice, rate confirmation, and signed bill of lading or proof of delivery.
- Submitting packets to the broker, or to your factoring company if you factor.
- Tracking each invoice until it is paid and following up with brokers on late payments.
- A weekly summary of loads hauled, invoiced, and paid.
Payments for every load go directly from the broker, or through your factoring company, to you. Haven Partners never receives, holds, or forwards freight payments.
What we do not do
- We are not a freight broker. We do not arrange freight for shippers or take a broker margin.
- We are not a motor carrier. Every load moves under your operating authority and insurance.
- We do not receive, hold, or forward payments for freight.
- We do not manage your hours of service, ELD, maintenance, permits, or insurance.
- We do not guarantee a number of loads or a level of revenue.
What we need from you
- Active MC and USDOT numbers in your company's name.
- A current certificate of insurance and a W-9.
- Your factoring company's notice of assignment, if you factor.
- Your lane, equipment, and home-time preferences.
- A signed dispatch service agreement and a payment method on file.
