You know exactly what dispatch costs before the week starts. We never take a percentage of your loads.
Dispatch service
$300 per truck, per week
- Load finding and rate negotiation
- Broker setup packets and rate confirmation review
- Invoicing and factoring submissions
- Payment follow-up and a weekly summary
No long-term contract. Service continues week to week until either side cancels.
How billing works

Pricing questions
Are there setup fees?
No. The weekly fee is the only charge for dispatch service.
Do you take a percentage of my loads?
No. Load payments go directly to you or your factoring company, and our fee stays the same whatever the loads pay.
What if my truck is down for the week?
Tell us before the week begins and we will pause billing for that week. See the refund and cancellation policy for weeks that have already started.
How do I cancel?
Email us with 7 days notice. You are not charged for weeks after your cancellation takes effect.
