How it works
From first call to paid invoice
The steps below are the same for every carrier we work with.
Talk to us
Call, email, or use the contact form. We discuss your truck, equipment, lanes, and goals, and confirm we are a good fit.
Sign the dispatch agreement
You sign a written dispatch service agreement that sets out our services, the weekly fee, and cancellation terms. You send your MC and USDOT details, certificate of insurance, W-9, and factoring notice of assignment if you factor.
Set up billing
You add a card or bank account and authorize the recurring weekly fee. You are billed in advance, every Monday, for that week's dispatch service, and a receipt is emailed for every charge.
Tell us your preferences
Lanes, home-time, minimum rate per mile, and any freight you won't haul.
We find and negotiate loads
We send each load's lane, dates, miles, and rate for your approval. We book only the loads you accept, under your authority.
You haul, we invoice
After delivery you send us the signed bill of lading or proof of delivery. We submit the invoice packet to the broker or your factoring company and track it until paid.
Weekly summary
Each week you receive a summary of loads booked, invoiced, and paid, along with the receipt for your dispatch fee.
