Haven Partners finds loads, negotiates rates with brokers, and handles your invoicing and factoring paperwork, for one flat weekly fee per truck.
What we do
Two services, done properly
We focus on the office work that keeps a truck earning: finding the right loads, and getting them paid.
Load finding and rate negotiation
We search load boards and broker contacts for freight on your lanes, check the broker, negotiate the rate, and send you the load to approve.
How load finding worksInvoicing and factoring support
After delivery we prepare the invoice packet, submit it to the broker or your factoring company, and follow up on late payments.
How invoicing worksStraightforward terms
A flat weekly fee. No percentage of your loads.
You pay $300 per truck per week, billed in advance, every Monday, for that week's dispatch service. We never take a cut of your load revenue.
- You approve every load before it is booked.
- Load payments go straight to you or your factoring company. We never handle freight money.
- No long-term contract. Service continues week to week until either side cancels.
- Cancel with 7 days written notice by email.
Who we are and are not. Haven Partners is a truck dispatch service acting on behalf of motor carriers. We are not a freight broker, freight forwarder, or motor carrier. We work as your dispatcher, under your own operating authority.
